Fashion is certainly her passion desiring one day to own her own clothing company. She truly believes that fashion is an extension of who we are. Her motivation for choosing this career path was the result of attending beauty school and her exposure to being raised in a home where her mother was a seamstess. Her mother made praticually everything that went into their closet. Skye believed the fashion in the hair shows was so intriguing and “fly” she knew then this was the career path she wanted to follow. Her mom laughs at her today because Skye did not like going to the fabric store, but she was always excited about the finished garment her mom made. Her subconcious mind knew this was what she wanted and loved. Now Skye lives in the fabric store to get unique fabrics for her creative designs.

Skyes riveted style, well, she just calls it her own style, and really doesn’t have a name for it, we just know It’s very rich and classy. Some of her favorite designers are Roberto Cavalli (she even once stated she wanted to marry the designer), Versace, Juicy Couture, Tracey Reese, Alexander McQueen, Carolina Hererra, Rachel Roy, D&G, Tom Ford, Betsy Johnson (she’s amazing), and Michael Kors to name a few. Right now Skye is freelance styling with many models and photographers to help build strong portfolios. She also works with magazine publishers, even having the opportunity to work with MTV host Lala. She styled her for a cover magazine shoot, and also up and coming recording artist Phil Nash who she styled
for his new album cover. Phil and Skye have lots of work on the table. He has been doing awsome work with DJ Jazzy Jeff, WOW. So look out SKYE is coming through….. She could be styling you.
